Is your business ready for Brexit?
As a seller, have you decided on who will be the ‘importer of record’ (the importer of record is liable for the VAT owned)? If it is you, do you have a VAT registration in place to account for the VAT?

If you are the ‘importer of record’, do you have an EU EORI (Economic Operator Registration Identification Number)? After Brexit, you will require both a UK and EU EORI if you are importing into either.
