  • Can I try Cloud Shipping for free?
    Yes, It’s FREE to open a CLOUD SHIPPING account and start using our cloud shipping services. You only pay for your shipments.
  • Are we tied into a long contract period?
    No, there is no long contractual period. You only pay for the shipment you book through Cloud Shipping.
  • Can I use multiple carriers?
    Absolutely! That’s one of the reasons why Cloud Shipping was created, to give you the ability to compare rates between different carriers and delivery times. You can choose what’s best for your business and budget.
  • Can I get the same rates and service by going directly through the shipping carrier?
    We partner with the largest carriers in the world and have negotiated special rates for you via our Cloud Shipping service. Harnessing the power of bulk buying we are able to deliver lower courier costs than you would otherwise receive as a low volume business. You also have the added benefit of our Customer Service Support, saving you time and money, whilst improving your shipping experience.
  • Do Cloud Shipping operate carrier deliveries themselves?
    No – we don’t physically deliver your goods. We provide you with an online cloud shipping service where you can choose from multiple carriers who will physically ship your items for you.
  • I am already using another shipping provider, am I able to use Cloud Shipping alongside my existing service?"
    Yes. If you already have a shipping provider in place and you don’t want to disrupt that set up but would like to use an alternative system for other kinds of shipments that is absolutely fine.
  • I am already using another shipping provider. Why should I switch to Cloud Shipping?
    If you are exploring an alternative to your current shipping provider, then there must be something you are unsatisfied with. The Cloud shipping service offers customers transparency and control.     Yes. We have customers who book large shipments once a month and others who book multiple small shipments at different times. Regardless of the volume, the Cloud Shipping online service is designed to provide you with a variety of choices to suit your business needs.
  • I don’t ship huge volumes or large items; can I still use Cloud Shipping Services?
    Yes absolutely. No matter what your volume, the Cloud Shipping service is designed to provide you with a variety of choices to suit your business needs
  • We have multiple offices across the UK which all ship from their individual location. Is Cloud Shipping suitable for me?
    Yes. We offer a multi-site platform that extends the core Cloud Shipping service across all offices, adding another layer of user access control and Office Management. With the Cloud Shipping multi-site platform, you can give out granular access to each of your office, who can only see the consignments they have produced on their account with you.
  • What sales channels does Cloud Shipping work with?
    Cloud Shipping works with most sales channels, the common ones being Amazon, eBay, Magento, OpenCart, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and many more.   • Can I have multiple sales channels integration with Cloud Shipping?

  • I don’t sell online, but send a lot of parcels. Is Cloud Shipping suitable for me?"
    Yes. Cloud Shipping can link into your Order Management System, allowing you to import your orders and generate shipping labels with multiple carriers - so you only have to do an integration once, to access all the carriers we support. Cloud Shipping will then return the tracking numbers back into your order system so you can forward these on to your customers.
  • Are you integrated with Royal Mail?
    It is currently Royal Mail’s policy not to embark on new integrations with third party integrators or resellors such as Cloud Shipping. We monitor this situation and hope to have them on board our platform in the future.
  • What shipping couriers does Cloud Integrate integrate with?
    We work with all the major couriers. Our Cloud Shipping services can seamlessly book in your consignments with DHL, UPS, HERMES, CITY SPRINT and much more. We add new couriers and aggregators all the time and unlike other shipping services, we don't charge for each label generated. It's all part of the service.

  • Is my data safe?
    We created Cloud Shipping services with security in mind; every subscription includes an SSL certificate at no cost that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by banks to keep your information secure. In addition to this, our servers are managed and monitored by one of the UK's leading hosting providers and we make sure we keep all your data inside the UK.
  • Is our customer data safe?
    In addition to our system security, we never share customer data with any third party beyond the carriers or systems you have chosen to integrate with. As with all system security, your account is only as secure as you make it. We recommend applying good security practice to keeping your Cloud Shipping account secure. Keep passwords safe, use a different password for each system, use a combination of letters, numbers, upper case, lower case and symbols in your password, change it frequently and never give it out to anyone else. If you suspect any malicious activity, change your password and inform us if you think someone is phishing for your data.
  • Do you offer carrier integrations outside the UK?
    No. At present all our integrations support deliveries that originate in the UK.
  • How do I pay for my shipments?
    Payments for your shipments are made to via Cloud Shipping or one of our select partners, not the carriers. When your account is set up, you will be able to choose from the following payment methods: Top up , BACS, Direct Debit Please Note: Payment terms offered are dependent on the credit ratings of the company.
